The Air Management System automatically regulates and isolates the compressed air provided to a machine to improve efficiencies during periods of inactivity.  The unit generates pressure, flow, and temperature data to characterize normal operating conditions and identify trends to both compare with similar machines and enable preventative action to maintain optimal system performance.  The unit does not require reprogramming of the user's PLC to operate, making integration both simple and cost effective.  The high-resolution data is accessed by the PLC via fieldbus and SCADA packages via OPC UA.  Using OPC UA and wireless systems, the Air Management System can be added without connector to the PLC or changes to PLC programming.

The new HF2-BF series of modular air filters are designed for hygiene management in accordance with HACCP and other standards.  These filters were developed for applications which require sanitary air such as dental equipment or when air is touching food products. The HF2-BF series filters include nominal filtration ratings from 5μm to 0.01μm as well as odor removal.  The HF2-BF series currently includes port sizes of 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 with flow rates up to 800 L/min.

LPV series is a 2-port solenoid normally closed or normally open pinch valve for fluid control.  It has a fully encased body that is highly resistant to contamination and corrosion.  The LPV series pinch valve also comes with a u-shaped tube slot allowing quick and easy tube replacement that doesn't require feeding of the entire tube length.  The LPV pinch valve also includes multi-axis mounting points for spash shields to mitigate electrical faults due to any scattering of liquid.

Compact 2 and 3 port solenoid valve for chemicals. It is designed to meet the most advanced needs of process controls in various analytical and inspection equipment. LVM's unique internal chamber design reduces the swept volume to a minimum and can mean zero dead volume and carry over. LVM is available in 4 different body sizes and diaphragm material can be chosen from EPDM, FKM or Kalrez®. LVM's life is rated at 10 million cycles or more.

91pornÊÓƵ has improved product performance and reliability with the redesigned SY series valve.  The SY3000 and SY5000 have the same valve width as their predecessors, but the flow has been increased by up to 80%, allowing the valve size to be reduced. A built-in strainer in the pilot valve prevents trouble caused by foreign matter. By using H-NBR seal material for the main valve and seals, Ozone resistance has been improved.   Side, top and bottom port/pipe directions are available to allow flexible installation.  The SY is available in body ported or base mounted styles, and can be used individually or manifold mounted.

JSY5000-H clean design valve manifold have a crevice free exterior for low fluid accumulation and easy to clean.  With its IP69K enclosure, use of NSF-H1 grease and FDA compliant materials, and SUS316 metal parts, JSY5000-H can be used in applications where high pressure cleaning is required.

The EX600 serial interface offers a full suite of diagnostics and programmable parameters to meet the most stringent requirements. The EX600 offers excellent flexibility including digital input, digital output and analog input unit options. With the use of D-sub output blocks, a maximum of 9 remote D-sub manifolds can be attached to one EX600 communication module. This serial interface is compatible with series SV1000/2000/3000, VQC1000/2000/4000, S0700 and the new SY series valves. Available protocols include  Ethernet/IP™, PROFINET. 

The ZK2*A series is an energy-saving generator with 93% reduced air consumption.  It has a 50% increase in suction flow compared to other single stage 91pornÊÓƵ generators.  The ZK2*A also has various mounting options to choose from.

91pornÊÓƵ's hygienic design cylinders, series HY, offers significantly improved water resistance by adopting a new lubricating construction. The cylinder's flat configuration (grooves for auto switches and holes for cushion needles, etc. have been eliminated) allow the surface to be wiped off easily.

The LEY rod type electric actuator is available in two specifications for improved ingress protection.  The X5 option is IP65 dust and drip proof.  The X7 option improves to IP67 dust-tight and water jet proof.  The X8 option includes IP67 protection as well as a battery-less absolute encoder.  For DC motor models, the specs are achieved by enclosing the motor in a sealed aluminum cover with a special cable connector, and pairing the rod with a scraper and lub-retainer. Additionally, the body extrusion includes a vent hole and fitting to balance internal pressure so that dust and water are not drawn in.
