Rodless Cylinder, REAH, Sine, Accelerating & Decelarating, Magnetically Coupled - High Precision Guide

The REAH, Sine Rodless Cylinder - Magnetically Coupled accelerates slowly at beginning stroke and decelerates at end stroke designed for working with delicate materials such as silicone wafers, magnetic disks or LCD substrates yet optimizing throughput with speeds of up to 300 mm/sec. The REAH features specially designed U-shaped cushion rings at the cylinder end caps to prevent hard stops. The corresponding sides of the piston head have special cushion packing to faciliate smooth acceleration at the start of stroke. It is installed with either a single axis or dual axis internal linear guides to support larger load and moment as well as greater precision than the standard REA Series.

  • Bore sizes: 10, 15, 20, 25, 32 mm
  • Stroke lengths: 150, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 800, 1000 mm
  • Maximum stroke lengths: 500 mm (10 bore), 750 mm (15 bore), 1000 mm (20 bore), 1200 mm (25 bore), 1500 mm (32 bore)
  • Minimum operating pressure: 0.2 MPa (29 psi)
  • Speed: 70 ~ 300 mm/sec.
