Rod
The AC servo version of the LEY rod features an AC servo motor instead of a DC version. The AC servo motor enables higher speed, acceleration, and pushing force, as well as a size 63 model not available in a DC version. The drivers are pulse input type, with both incremental and absolute encoder options and 17- or 18-bit resolution.LEY, Electric Actuator, Rod Type, AC Servo Motor
The LEY rod is suitable for push, pull, lift and press applications. Motor mounting options accommodate the machine's space constraints. Multiple actuator mounting options increase adaptability. The AC servo motor is capable of higher speed, acceleration, and pushing force compared to the DC motor version. AC servo motors are available with incremental or absolute encoder. Optional drivers include pulse input and various communication protocols including Ethernet.

- Maximum stroke: 500 mm
- Positioning repeatability: ±0.02mm
- Encoder resolution: 17-bit (S motor), 22-bit (T motor), 20-bit (V motor)
LEY63, Electric Actuator, High Output Rod, AC Servo
The LEY63 rod is exclusively available with a 400W AC servo motor, available with incremental or absolute encoder. 4 ball screw pitch options assist in optimizing force and speed. LEY63 also offers an IP65 option. Optional drivers include pulse input and various communication protocols including Ethernet.

- Maximum work load: 200 kg (horizontal); 115 kg (vertical)(T motor spec, top/parallel mount)
- Maximum pushing force: 1910 N
- Maximum stroke: 800mm
- Positioning repeatability: ±0.02mm, ±0.01mm (high precision option)
- Encoder resolution: 17-bit (S motor), 22-bit (T motor), 20-bit (V motor)
LEY100, Electric Actuator, High Output Rod, AC Servo
LEY100 is a rod actuator size exclusively fitted with an inline or parallel mounted 750W AC servo motor, with or without a lock. Three ballscrew pitch options assist in optimizing force and speed. The actuator can have a male or female rod end paired with tapped ends, foot double clevis or rod flange bracket for ISO15552 mounting. Optional drivers include pulse input or five different fieldbus types including Ethernet.
- Maximum work load: 1200kg (horizontal); 200kg (vertical)
- Maximum pushing force: 12,000N
- Maximum stroke: 1000mm
- Positioning repeatability: ±0.02mm
- Encoder resolution (absolute): 18- or 22-bit (driver dependent)

LEY100, Electric Actuator, High Output Rod, Motorless
This is the motorless version of the LEY100 which can be fitted with an inline or parallel mounted AC servo motor other than the standard chosen by 91pornÊÓƵ. Three ballscrew pitch options assist in optimizing force and speed. 1:3 and 1:5 reducers are also available to achieve different force and speed outputs. The actuator can have a male or female rod end paired with tapped ends, foot, double clevis or rod flange bracket for ISO15552 mounting. Compatible motors can be fitted from Mitsubishi, Yaskawa, Nidec, Sankyo, Keyence, or Delta Electronics. The motor adapter, flange and return box (if parallel mounted) are ordered separately.
- Maximum work load: 1200kg (horizontal); 200kg (vertical)
- Maximum pushing force: 12,000N
- Maximum stroke: 1000mm
- Positioning repeatability: ±0.02mm
25A-LEY Electric Actuator, Rod Type, AC Servo Motor, Secondary Battery
The 25A- series variations are compatible with secondary battery manufacturing for electronics, automotive, and other vehicle types. Design goals include eliminating copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) materials where possible, and employing a low dew point grease that retains lubricity even in low manufacturing temperatures. Please note that copper and zinc materials are used for the motors, cables, controllers and drivers.
- Same features and performance as standard LEY
- Stainless steel bolts for construction
- Low dew point grease functional down to -70°C
- Copper and zinc free except for motor, cables, and controller
- Alloy steel rod bearing, replaces bronze bearing
- Non-standard materials for compatibility with secondary/rechargeable battery manufacturing
